Der Lebrechaun ist ein Feenwesen von zwergenhaftem Wuchs aus der irischen Mythologie und gilt als eines der Wahrzeichen Irlands. In einer der zahlreichen Legenden heißt es, dass demjenige, der es schafft ihm das Versteck seines Schatzes zu entlocken, ein Topf voll Gold vermacht wird. Goldig ist auch diese Räucherfigur, die in liebevoller Handarbeit aus aus Buche, Ahorn, Linde, Esche und Weißbuche gefertigt wurde.
