Here you can attend to the individual working process of the smoking man manufacturing, from the cutting of wood to the painting of figures:

First the wood is edged and formatted to the necessary measure. From the timber beams a range of different forms develop.

A smoking man consists of approximately 50 individual parts. Particulary the smaller parts require special dexterity.

In the next work step the figures are painted and glued. Applying clear lacquer protects the wood and generates a beautiful gloss.
